Pickup and Delivery Options

Currently, Gifts by Stella offers customers two options for receiving their orders:

1. In-store Pickup

  • Customers can visit Gifts by Stella's store to pick up their products at the pre-arranged time.

2. Delivery

  • Gifts by Stella offers delivery through the store's delivery team or a suitable shipping service for each area.

  • Before delivery, staff will check the product's condition and send actual photos for customer confirmation.

  • The delivery person will contact the recipient in advance to confirm the details and delivery time.

Delivery Time

  • Gifts by Stella offers delivery every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays (except for public holidays).

  • Delivery time may vary by approximately 30 minutes from the estimated time due to order preparation and arrangement.

  • During peak times such as holidays, weekends, or unfavorable weather conditions, delivery times may vary from the estimate.

Notes on Receiving and Transporting Products

Cakes are handcrafted products with a delicate and refined structure, so they can be affected by temperature, vibration, or impact during transport.

To ensure the cake remains in perfect condition for your party, Gifts by Stella kindly asks customers to note the following:

  • Keep the cake on a flat, stable surface during transport.

  • Avoid strong vibrations, tilting the cake box, or placing the cake on an uneven surface.

  • Do not place heavy objects on top of the cake box to avoid damaging the decorations.

Product Storage Instructions

After receiving the cake, please store it according to the instructions below to preserve its delicious flavor and perfect appearance.

Fresh Fruit-Filled Chocolate

  • Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2–6°C immediately after receiving.

  • Enjoy within 24–48 hours to experience the freshest flavor.

  • Avoid exposing the cake to direct sunlight or high-temperature environments.

  • Remove the cake from the refrigerator about 10–15 minutes before serving to achieve a better texture and flavor.

Fresh Fruit Cake

  • Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2–6°C immediately after receiving.

  • Enjoy the cake within 24 hours to ensure the freshness of the cream and fruit.

  • Keep the cake in a sealed box or a specialized cake container to minimize exposure to the external environment.

  • Avoid leaving the cake at room temperature for too long.

Fresh Cream Cake (Entremet, Mousse)

  • Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2–6°C after receiving.

  • The cake is best enjoyed within 24–48 hours.

  • For frozen cakes, transfer them to the refrigerator about 4–6 hours before serving to allow them to thaw naturally and achieve the perfect texture.

  • Do not refreeze once the cake has completely thawed.
